A simple side dish that can be served with just about anything. This is a budget friendly dish, costing about $0.65 per serving.

Ingredients
- (1 lb) Sweet potatoes, chopped into 2" pieces
- (2 Tbsp) Lard, Pork
- (To taste) Salt and pepper
Directions
1 - Mix sweet potatoes and lard in a baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
2 - Cover and bake until tender for about 30 @ 350F.
