1 - Pour the olive oil into a heated skillet and brown the chops over medium heat for 1 minute per side or until browned.
2 - Remove from heat and place in a casserole. Add the cider, sliced apples, onions, and raisins. Drizzle with honey.
3 - Cover and roast at 350F for 1-1/2 hours or until fork-tender.
