UPS Delivery


When will my order be delivered?

We deliver orders on a weekly basis. You will be given a delivery date prior to confirming your order. Orders typically arrive on Thursday. If there is a shipping delay, your order will arrive on Friday. You will receive a tracking number early in the week.

What if I'm not home?

No problem. The driver will leave your order in an insulated box in the most appropriate location he/she can find (front steps, patio, etc). Once you do arrive home we just ask that you would unpack your items as soon as you are able. If you have special instructions, let us know where the box should be left in the checkout notes. Your notes will be printed on the shipping label.

How should I expect my order to arrive?

Ingredients are carefully packaged in a cardboard cooler with plenty of insulation and ice packs to keep your food fresh even if you’re not home when we deliver. Any freshly thawed items can either be refrigerated or refroze for later use.

Is there an order minimum or maximum?

Yes, the farmer requires a minimum order of $50 for home delivery that's shipped in the mail. There is no order maximum.

What are the shipping costs? 

We charge a flat handling fee plus an additional cost per pound shipping fee. Rates vary, depending on where you live.

Who will deliver my order?

We use UPS as our 3rd party delivery service. 

When will my card be charged?

Because many items are charged by the pound we will not know your exact total until order is packed at which time your card will be charged. This usually happens on Tuesday.

Can I recycle my packaging?

I'm sorry. We are not able to accommodate package returns at this time. If you'd like to have your packaging re-used, you could try donating it to your local soup kitchens and food pantries, which often use cardboard coolers and ice packs to transport perishable food.

Door Delivery


When will my order be delivered?

We deliver orders every other Thursday. You will be given a delivery date prior to confirming your order. If there is a delivery delay, your order will arrive on Friday. The driver will text you when they are en route.

What if I'm not home?

No problem. Please leave a cooler out. If you have any special instructions for the driver, you can include those in the checkout notes. Your notes will be printed on your invoice.

How should I expect my order to arrive?

Your order will be packed in a plastic bag and transported in a cooler with plenty of ice to keep it cool.

Is there an order minimum or maximum?

Nope.

What are the shipping costs? 

We charge a flat fee of $10 or $15, depending on where you live.

Who will deliver my order?

Your order will be hand delivered by a private driver.

When will my card be charged?

Can I recycle my packaging?

Yup. You can put clean glass and egg cartons in a bag and give it to the driver or leave it in the cooler.


Ordering Policies


Order totals are estimated

Since many items are priced by the pound, your final total may be a little more or less than your order's initial estimated total. Once finalized, your total will be charged to your credit card on file and your receipt will be emailed.

Payment is required before delivery

We accept all major credit/debit cards as our sole payment method. At the time of placing your first order you will be prompted to add a credit card to your account. Once finalized, your order's total will be charged to your card on file and your receipt will be emailed.

Short stock items

Please understand that Miller's Biodiversity Farm is a small operation, not a large warehouse, that produces fresh products to order. If an item becomes unavailable your final total as well as any applicable delivery fees will be adjusted.

Sorry, no late orders

This is simply farm policy. It's how we get you the freshest, highest quality products possible.
